Who is this for
Is this service for you?
Yes, if...
- + Companies that import or export on a recurring basis (monthly or more).
- + Operations with enough volume for FCL/LCL ocean or consolidated air freight.
- + Cargo that crosses more than one border or requires multi-modal coordination.
- + Time-sensitive projects where traceability is essential.
Not quite, if...
- − One-off shipments under 50 kg — an international courier is more efficient.
- − Personal purchases or e-commerce without commercial purpose.
- − Cargo already assigned to a freight forwarder at origin needing only local clearance.
How it works

We coordinate booking, complete document handling, insurance and customs clearance at origin and destination.
- 04 4
Monitoring and delivery
Real-time tracking with status notifications until confirmed delivery at your warehouse or final destination.
Modes
How we operate it.
Ocean Freight
For ocean shipments we manage carrier booking, route selection and port coordination at origin and destination. We operate FCL and LCL, optimizing cost for high volumes or frequent smaller loads. Ideal for non-urgent cargo with high volume or weight.
Air Freight
We coordinate with airlines and origin agents to ensure fast departures and competitive transit times. The right solution for high-value, perishable or urgent shipments where time is critical.
Ground
We coordinate border crossings, unit assignment and document compliance at entry and exit points. This mode integrates naturally as the first or last leg of an ocean or air operation.
Hand Carrier
For shipments that require maximum control and discretion: a personal courier transports the goods as accompanied luggage. The safest option for samples, original documents, prototypes or high-value items.
End-to-end Management
In every case we handle complete documentation: bills of lading, certificates, permits and regulatory compliance at origin and destination, including customs clearance, insurance and bonded warehouse coordination.
Typical timings
Approximate operating ranges.
Notice
Ranges are approximate and vary by volume, route, season and customs inspections. We always pursue the best possible timing and confirm exact ranges in the quote.
