What does TradeWay do? +
We operate the foreign trade chain through one provider: international forwarding, ground transportation, customs, importer-of-record services, consulting and bonded warehousing.
Where do you operate? +
Mexico is our base, with active corridors to the United States, South America, Asia and Northern Europe.
Do you have a physical office? +
Yes. Our headquarters are in San Luis Potosi. We serve clients nationwide with remote coordination or on-site visits.
What are your service hours? +
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. Critical or in-transit operations can receive 24/7 attention with an assigned specialist.

Quotes  and  process

How long does a quote take? +
Under 24 business hours for standard operations. Complex operations may take 24 to 72 hours while we evaluate routes, permits and costs.
What information do you need? +
Origin, destination, cargo description, tariff code if available, weight or volume, preferred mode and expected timing.
How do you invoice? +
When we operate as importer of record, we invoice locally in Mexico. In other operations, logistics services are billed separately from the cargo value.
Can you handle recurring operations? +
Yes. High-volume clients can access negotiated rates, dedicated dashboards and an assigned account specialist.

Customs  and  compliance

Do I need to be on the Mexican importer registry? +
Not necessarily. We can operate under our name and invoice you as a domestic purchase.
Do you handle special permits and NOMs? +
Yes. We manage NOMs, prior permits, sanitary certificates and sector requirements when applicable.
Which promotion programs do you know? +
IMMEX, PROSEC and Strategic Bonded Warehouse programs.
Which customs offices do you cover? +
Main ocean, air and US border customs offices in Mexico.

Logistics  operation

Can I track shipments in real time? +
Yes. Shipments include GPS tracking and visibility reports. High-volume clients can receive dedicated dashboards.
Do you handle fragile, refrigerated or high-value cargo? +
Yes, with specialized protocols, cold chain, certified packaging, hand carrier and extended insurance when needed.
What happens if there is a delay? +
We notify you immediately with a contingency plan and alternatives to reduce impact.
Do you have a bonded warehouse? +
Yes, in San Luis Potosi, with WMS inventory visibility.
